Creating a new listing is as simple as filling out a form. You will want to have all your information handy when you fill in your posting information because when you press the “submit” button, it will be instantly sent to the the approval office. If all the information is there, they will be able to quickly verify that your item is compliant. Only after this important verification step will your posting be available for visitors to see. Here is the information you will need...
- Type of posting, i.e. Home/Apartment, Office, Land, Architect/Designer, Builder/Developer, etc.
- Contact name, email address and phone (phone is optional)
- State/Province and Country the posting resides in
- A brief (255 characters max) description of the posting
- A full description of the posting (up to 4000 characters)
In this “Full Description” you will want to tell the visitor everything that is important to know about your posting. For example, if the posting is a building or land, then include size, features, location, price and terms. If your posting is a service offered, then you might want to include your experience, testimonials, referrals, etc. In both cases if you have additional online presentations, i.e. website or photo album, then you might want to include these as well.
Pictures - you can have up to 3. But be sure to read the following...
A picture is worth a thousand words, so you need to make sure that visitors can see them. Please follow 3 simple rules so that your pictures can be seen; (1) each picture must be 500KB or smaller in size, (2) each picture mode must be RGB (not CMYK) in either a jpg or a gif format, and (3) the size of your pictures must not exceed 4 inches in width.

Compliance means that one of our Maharishi Vedic architecture offices worldwide has verified that this item complies with the standards of Maharishi Vedic architecture. The information we need from you would include things like: country and office that originally reviewed your property; the approximate date; the reviewing Maharishi Vedic architecture director or consultant; the exact location of the property (in case this is not made clear elsewhere in the posting)
Whether you want the posting to be visible
Sometimes you may want to hide the posting from visitor view. This may happen if you need to determine different contact information or if a sale is pending.
